We are looking for more than a waiter. We aim to find a hospitality person fully engaged in customer service and open to learn an experience that starts at our Restaurant and continues at our Signature Cocktail Bar (Shoes N'Booze Bar at The Lisbon Walker Store - just besides the restaurant), where you will learn about our business model that combines shoes with wines and cocktails!

Eating Bear Lisbon is owned by Adhoc Wine & Spirits - Barbizani Caiado Estates, a Portuguese leading winery. We can train you better at this level than most of our competitors. Almost every week there is training on site about all types of drinks, pairings and events.

Therefore here you will learn about our routes of flavors to pair with the great dimensions of wine: mineral, citric, fruity and oaky. A menu without starters or main dishes? Exactly, with portions from 4 different organoleptic dimensions: greens, fish, meat and cheeses.

If you like bar service we have just next door the amazing Shoes N' Booze Bar, where our clients' experience continues with signature cocktails, port wine and bistro.

Ideal candidates may be able to understand the client and offer a tailormade experience while capturing synergies with upselling products and services.
