Real Estate Investment Monetization Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Real Estate Investment Monetization Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and maximizing the returns on our real estate investors' investments through various monetization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of real estate investment portfolios to identify opportunities for monetization and increased profitability.

2. Monetization Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive monetization strategies tailored to the specific needs and goals of each investor, considering factors such as market conditions, property type, and investment timeline.

3. Financial Modeling: Create detailed financial models to evaluate the potential returns of various monetization strategies, including refinancing, property sales, lease renegotiation, and asset repositioning.

4. Market Research: Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities to inform monetization strategies and decision-making.

5. Negotiation: Negotiate with lenders, buyers, tenants, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms and maximize the value of real estate investments.

6. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with monetization strategies to protect investors' interests and ensure financial stability.

7. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate investment performance, monetization efforts, and recommendations to investors and senior management.

8. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with real estate investors, partners, and industry professionals to facilitate collaboration and support successful monetization efforts.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in english and Portuguese.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, asset management, or financial advisory roles.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and investment valuation techniques.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.

- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements.

- Proven track record of successfully monetizing real estate investments and delivering measurable results.
